Introduction:

Easter is a time to celebrate the love and hope that Jesus Christ brought to the world. God loved us so much that He gave His only Son to pay for our sins and those of the world. Jesus took our place on the cross so that we would receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life. But He did not stay in the grave. He rose from the dead, showing proof of His resurrection and commanding the Church to spread His message throughout the world. In this blog post, we share how Global Vision Ministries is fulfilling this mission by working tirelessly to spread God’s love across the globe, even in the most challenging circumstances.

The Mission of the Church:

Christ commanded us to preach the Gospel to all, and we cannot keep the message of God’s love to ourselves. World evangelization is the mission of the Church, and Global Vision Ministries has taken this to heart. Thanks to your support, we have been able to continue our work in various corners of the earth, including Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and Europe.

Our Work in Ukraine:

Amid the war we continue to labor in Ukraine, where we have been working for over 30 years, evangelizing and planting new churches, and training pastors and leaders in the least evangelized regions of Eastern and Southern Ukraine. These are the very areas where the war is raging, and many pastors have stayed behind to minister to their congregations and communities at large.

Our Impact:

In collaboration with these pastors, we have provided essential aid to people in war zones, such as food, clothing, stoves, and heaters, and facilitated evacuations. This work of love has resulted in a great number of people opening up their lives to the Gospel and receiving Christ. Churches are now filling beyond capacity with new, unchurched individuals, and pastors are overwhelmed and in need of help.

Supporting Frontline Pastors:

We are returning to Ukraine shortly to hold a Retreat for Frontline Pastors, providing them with a few days of respite from the stress of war. During our last retreat, these pastors and their wives experienced a wonderful time of refreshing, and we were able to pray for and encourage them. We know this will be a great blessing, but we need your support to cover travel expenses, the cost of the retreat, and transportation for these pastors and their wives.

Conclusion:

As we celebrate Easter, let us remember the power of Christ’s love and the hope He brought to the world. Together, we can make a difference through Global Vision Ministries by spreading this love and hope to those in need, even in the most challenging circumstances. We humbly ask for your continued support and prayers as we embark on our upcoming journey. With your help, we can continue to transform lives and communities across the globe, fulfilling Christ’s command to share His love with all.
